Carlos Antequera, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Since Netchemia’s inception, he has been responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the company. His experience includes software architecture, design and development and project management. Antequera personally oversaw the design and launch of the first two products of the company, netIEP and SchoolRecruiter. Under Antequera's direction, Netchemia has grown from an idea into one of the leading technology companies in education.

Antequera is a member of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs and had served as an executive board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City for six years. Recently, Antequera was accepted into the prestigious Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program and also selected as a KTEC Pipeline Innovator, part of a program that fosters high growth technology entrepreneurial talent in the state of Kansas.

Antequera earned his computer science degree from Washburn University and his Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas. Prior to Netchemia he was at Data Systems International, where he was instrumental in the architecture and development of dcLINK, wireless data collection software for ERP applications.

Wayne Morgan, Ph.D., Chief Operating Officer

In this role, Morgan is responsible for several operational areas of the of the company, including finance, corporate development, human resources, legal and general administration.

Since joining Netchemia in 2005, Morgan has been responsible for directly working with several of our large customer software implementations and maintaining key partner relationships. Most recently, Morgan has provided the strategic direction and leadership to launch our latest software product, netRTI.

Morgan brings with him over twenty-five years experience in a variety of leadership roles in large and mid-size professional services companies. Prior to Netchemia he served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for MRI (Midwest Research Institute) and was a Partner and Vice President at Black & Veatch, a large, global engineering company. He has managed teams of all sizes in several technology areas including IT, telecommunications, and environmental science, along with managing multi-Million dollar IT operating budgets and client projects.

Currently, he serves on the advisory boards of The University of Kansas Information Technology and Telecommunication Center and a local technology startup. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of SITAKS (Software and Information Technology Association of Kansas).

Eric Diebold, Vice President of Client Services and Co-Founder

Diebold is responsible for Netchemia’s rapidly growing base of clients and working with Netchemia team members to foster effective client communications in an effort to align product strategy with client needs.

Diebold has used his blend of creative thinking and analytical problem-solving to advance Netchemia in the areas of marketing, branding, project management and human resources. In addition, he has leveraged his extensive experience in visual communications and information system design to guide the development of our products’ user interfaces.

Diebold’s past experiences have included working as a lead intranet designer for Data Systems International and several years as a lead web designer and manager of his own creative consulting agency. Eric is a 2002 graduate of FastTrac© NewVenture™, a program sponsored by the Kauffman Foundation of Entrepreneurship.

Graham Forman, Vice President of Sales

Forman joined Netchemia in 2007. He is the driver in the growth and evolution of the sales organization through the creation of innovative new compensation plans, pipeline development, and growth strategies. He has a passion for building sales, marketing, and business development organizations for software companies.

Before joining Netchemia, he served as vice president of sales for YearMovie, a startup providing software and consulting services for K-12 education and as vice president of sales and marketing with eCivis, a software startup for the public sector. Originally from Lawrence, Kansas, he returned to the Kansas City area in 2005 after nearly 10 years in California. Forman has an MBA in Marketing from UCLA and a BA in political science from the University of Chicago.

Chris Weber, Chief Software Architect and Co-Founder

Weber is responsible for Netchemia's overall SaaS architecture and building the company’s highly reliable and scalable suite of software products. At Netchemia, Weber has led the development and implementation of our netIEP and netRTI products since inception.

Weber holds a BS degree in computer science from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Before Netchemia, Weber was at Data Systems International, where he was a software developer for enterprise wireless data collection software. His professional services and consulting experience include client server development, handheld applications, web applications, system integration, and database management systems. He is also a Microsoft Certified Developer and an expert with .NET technologies.
