Carlos Antequera, President and Chief Executive Officer
As Netchemia's President and CTO, Carlos is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the company's technology solutions. During his five-year tenure with Data Systems International (DSI), Carlos was instrumental in the architecture and development of a leading data collection system for ERP applications. Additionally, Carlos led a team of developers in the delivery of numerous extranet, intranet, and software applications for a variety of clients. Prior to DSI, Carlos served as lead software developer for Monaco and Associates, a provider of IT services for human service agencies.
Carlos is also involved in the community as a board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City . He also helped found and is a member of the Executive board of the Kansas City chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA). Carlos is fluent in Spanish, holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business from the University of Kansas .
Eric Diebold, Vice President of Client Services
As Vice President and the company's Chief Creative Officer, Eric has over six years experience in visual communications and information design. Prior to Netchemia, Eric served as Web Designer for Data Systems International. In that capacity, he was responsible for the overall interface design and information architecture of the company's customer extranet. Eric introduced new best practices by constructing extensive design models and production blueprints in preparation for each project.
Prior to DSI, Eric managed his own creative consulting agency where he administered the development of innovative, interactive solutions for clients exploring new media environments.
Wayne Morgan, Ph.D., Chief Operating Officer
As the company's COO and a Vice President, Wayne brings over twenty-five years experience in a variety of management roles with both large and mid-size professional services companies. Prior to joining Netchemia, he served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Midwest Research Institute, a midsized technology organization where he was responsible for all computer applications and information technology (IT) infrastructure.
Previously, Wayne was a Partner and Vice President at Black & Veatch, a large, global engineering company in Kansas City . For over twenty years, he managed teams in several technology areas including IT, telecommunications, and environmental science, along with managing a variety of client projects. Before returning to the Midwest and joining Black & Veatch, Wayne was a technology manager at Westinghouse Atomic Power Laboratory supporting the Naval Nuclear Reactors program. Dr. Morgan holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Vanderbilt University . He serves on the advisory boards of The University of Kansas Information Technology and Telecommunication Center and a local technology startup.
Chris Weber, Chief Software Architect
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics represents only one aspect of Chris' unique technical capabilities. His professional services and consulting experience with Data Systems International include client server development, handheld applications, web applications, system integration, and database management systems. His passion for cutting edge technologies and his strong background in software development are the foundation of Netchemia's solid technical offerings and project delivery.
