Netchemia Support Services offers a variety of technical support service offerings tailored to your needs. Netchemia's support is designed to help you get the most from your Netchemia software products.
What is Netchemia Support like?
Netchemia loves to hear from you, we have a dedicated team that includes support personnel, Client Success Managers, experienced software developers and our Client Services management that really care to provide the best support experience in education. Our unique team approach means that our support technicians sit right next to the developers who write the applications. That means they can always get you the help you need and make sure your suggestions are heard.
How can I contact support? Am I limited to a certain number of incidents or credits? And what does all of this cost?
As a customer of Netchemia, you have our full attention. We give you many ways to contact us. Our support team is available via our Customer Portal accessible within each application, via e-mail and via phone call. Not only will you have a dedicated Client Success Manager who's only a phone call away, feel free to contact our Manager of Client Services if you have additional feedback or suggestions. You are never limited to the amount of issues or suggestions you can send and there are user communities and an ever-growing knowledgebase-all of which is included in the price of your account!
What level of support should I expect?
Netchemia will assist you with all aspects of configuring your application, general technical issues and additional training needs. The support team members, however, will be unable to assist you in specific processes related to the functioning of your district or related to the district hardware or network connectivity. With that said, if you contact our support team they will do everything they can to point you in the right direction.
